The Role

We’re currently looking for an Associate Director, Learning and Organisational Development to provide strong leadership and senior management within the Learning and Organisational Development team. This is a senior management position with strategic and operational responsibility for the effective development, implementation, management, design and ongoing evaluation of Learning and Organisational Development initiatives that actively contribute to the improved engagement, performance, and development of staff.

As the Associate Director Learning and Organisational Development, you will have accountability for ensuring the culture, leadership and capability of all staff are aligned to patient and workforce demands. This position will provide high level advice across Justice Health NSW and will be responsible for creating a value aligned culture that fosters a positive employee experience. This includes forecasting and building on the existing capability of clinical and non-clinical staff through development and delivery of mandatory training to meet future service needs, and collaborating across directorates and services within Justice Health NSW to ensure programs meet the needs of and supports the strategic direction is critical for success.
