About the opportunity
Join a collaborative, high-performing team supporting the delivery of Health Infrastructure’s Arts Program across NSW. As Assistant Creative Producer, you’ll help bring arts and cultural initiatives to life across healthcare settings, supporting projects from planning and design through to commissioning and evaluation.

You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, artists and project teams, coordinating creative engagement activities, supporting arts administration and curatorial activities, and helping manage contracts, budgets, cultural collections and program reporting. This is an opportunity to combine your arts administration and coordination skills with work that contributes to meaningful arts experiences within NSW healthcare environments.

This is a fixed term full-time opportunity until 5 August 2029. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.

This recruitment may be used to appoint to similar future roles (ongoing or temporary), or to create a Talent Pool for roles that may arise over the next 18 months.

About you
You’ll bring experience in arts administration, coordinating diverse arts and cultural projects, in context of government systems and processes. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to collaborate effectively across diverse communities and specialist disciplines. You’re organised and adaptable, can work independently for geographically dispersed teams, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within agreed timeframes. A collaborative approach and commitment to quality outcomes will see you contribute effectively to the delivery of arts initiatives across healthcare settings.
