What you'll be doing
The Asset Capital Projects Officer is responsible for supporting the transition of capital projects into the ISLHD asset management system.

The Asset Capital Projects Officer is accountable for assisting with the development of a 5 year Forward Work Programme, development of project scope of works and schedules including bill of materials and project cost estimates.

Selection Criteria 

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Construction, Engineering, Project Management and/or Maintenance and/or relevant recent experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in asset management objectives
  3. Demonstrated experience in effective project management of a broad range of asset related capital projects from inception to completion.
  4. Extensive knowledge of relevant legislations and applicable Australian Standards.
  5. Demonstrated high level of analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Demonstrated negotiation skills, including those skills required to work effectively within a matrix organisation.
