Key Responsibilities

You will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the required departments to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

You will work closely with the waitlist team to schedule patients for theatre, coordinate rostering to ensure theatres are appropriately staffed, and arrange all required anaesthetic support. You will also adapt to changing priorities to maintain efficient service delivery and ensure high-quality patient care is consistently supported.


Your Key Skills:

You’re someone who naturally builds trust and rapport, using your strong people skills to provide excellent service.

You stay organised and manage your time well, even when things get busy, and you’re confident taking initiative to solve problems when they arise. Experience in rostering and waitlist coordination is highly valued and will help you thrive in this role.
