The Role at a Glance

Working Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:00am – 4:30pm, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the department. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with patients to coordinate clinic and treatment appointments

  • Updating schedules and managing appointment bookings

  • Answering incoming calls and following up as needed

  • Medicare billing and processing

  • Supporting the wider Oncology team with a variety of daily administrative tasks
