The Role at a Glance
Working Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:00am – 4:30pm, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Liaising with patients to coordinate clinic and treatment appointments
Updating schedules and managing appointment bookings
Answering incoming calls and following up as needed
Medicare billing and processing
Supporting the wider Oncology team with a variety of daily administrative tasks
