We ensure smooth and efficient patient journeys while managing staffing, coordinating services, and responding to challenges as they arise. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and reporting to the Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery, we’re committed to patient-centred care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Why You’ll Love It Here

This is a role where no two shifts are the same. You’ll gain exposure to every part of the hospital, work with a wide range of staff, and be a key leader in maintaining patient safety and service quality. With strong orientation and ongoing support from senior managers, you’ll have the tools you need to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role.

Plus, you’ll access a wide range of benefits:

  • Generous salary packaging and superannuation (12%)
  • Salary packaging options – up to $11,600 plus novated leasing
  • Fitness Passport and Employee Assistance Program for you and your family
