A highly motivated person with administrative experience is being sought for a full-time permanent position at Westlakes Community Health Centre (Toronto). The facility is close to the shores of Lake Macquarie and easy walking distance to the town centre.
About the role:
The successful applicant is one of two administration officers based at the facility and will be expected to work in the main reception area of the community health centre. The hours of work are 08:00am - 4:30pm - Monday to Friday with one ADO per month.
The role involves a high demand for customer service from meeting and greeting clients to the facility, phone calls from clients, clinicians and the public, directing clients to services within the facility, providing support to managers and clinicians with administrative tasks.
