Remuneration: $70,944 – $101,211 per annum

What you'll be doing
As an acute wards Occupational Therapist, you'll provide client-centred services, focusing on assessment and intervention to improve patient outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across adult acute care.
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support and mentor students and new staff as required.

Essential Requirements
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Registration: AHPRA Occupational Therapist – general registration
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated clinical experience in an inpatient setting including experience in discharge planning, home assessment, home modifications and equipment prescription.
- Skills in planning, implementing and evaluating intervention programmes.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective time management and organisational skills.
- Current drivers licence.
- Commitment to ongoing education, professional development and quality improvement with demonstrated ability to reflect on clinical reasoning and implement new learning into clinical practice.
- Ability to work in a team providing 7 day rotating roster.
