About the role

This is an opportunity to work in an innovative and progressive rural health service


The Aboriginal Health Worker Transition to Practice works as key member of the multi-disciplinary team to provide flexible, holistic and culturally sensitive primary health care services, including direct clinical care, to Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities to achieve better health access and outcomes while they work towards meeting requirements for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner.

This position would outreach to Trangie 1 day a fortnight.
