About the role 

Northern NSW Local Health District has an exciting career opportunity for an Aboriginal Family Wellbeing & Violence Prevention Facilitator to join their team. Working as part of the Integrated Prevention and Response to Violence, Abuse and Neglect (IPARVAN) service, to implement the NSW Health Aboriginal Wellbeing and Violence Prevention Strategy within the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD). Better health outcomes and access for Aboriginal people and Communities are to be achieved through a supportive, healing and holistic approach. Work will be underpinned by a culturally sensitive strategy and utilising trauma informed principles.
