Join Our Team!

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Patient Liaison Officer to join our team and help keep our admissions process running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, working closely with patients and our clinical team to ensure everything flows seamlessly.


Your Responsibilities

  • Complete admission paperwork and enter information into our systems

  • Follow up on deferred admissions to keep patients on track

  • Correct and update patient data as needed

  • Liaise directly with patients, providing guidance and support


Key Skills and Qualities

  • Experience in a paper light admissions process is highly desirable
  • Availability on Mondays is essential; the rest of the week is negotiable (within business hours)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A friendly, patient-focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively
