Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Officer, you will:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support as directed by the Nursing Unit Manager

  • Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal departments and external providers

  • Assist with rostering, timesheets, and workforce systems

  • Support inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies

  • Respond to enquiries from staff, patients, and families with professionalism and empathy
