Everything You Need to Know!
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Admissions Officer to deliver efficient and effective administrative and clerical support within our facility. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth experience for patients, staff, and visitors—both over the phone and face to face.
In This Role, You Will:
- Managing the admissions process, including checking in patients and verifying documentation
- Receiving, reviewing, and processing admission requests
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date patient information
- Assisting with waitlist management and supporting smooth patient flow within the unit
- Please Note: This is a Monday to Friday role with times ranging between 6:30am to 4:30pm
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who brings strong organisational and communication skills to the role, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry. You should feel confident working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a friendly, professional, and supportive team.
Experience with admissions processes and waitlist management is highly desirable and will help you thrive in this role.
