The Opportunity
As the Day Stay Admissions Co-ordinator you will ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients throughout their theatre journey. Your attention to detail and friendly approach will make a real difference.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Admitting all patients for theatre, making sure all paperwork is complete and accurate
- Discharging patients efficiently and with care
- Preparing all theatre documentation and labels
- Supporting the theatre team to maintain smooth patient flow
What You Bring to the Team
We’re seeking someone who is available for an early start (6 - 6:30am) Monday to Friday, and who brings strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. A friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach is key, and while experience in admissions is a plus, we value a proactive attitude and a willingness to support our team and patients from the very first interaction.
