Join us now and contribute to the millions of ways we're enriching health every day.

About the Opportunity
We're looking for passionate and experienced Senior Digital Health Analysts to join the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA). We’re currently hiring for multiple positions within our clinical Workstreams of InPatients and Medication, Oncology & Research and building a talent pool for future roles.

The current opportunities available are within the following clinical teams.

  • Willow
  • Beacon
  • Research
  • Clinical Documentation
  • Stork (Maternity)
  • Orders
  • ASAP

Inpatient Workstream
The Inpatient Workstream sits at the heart of this reform, reimagining how care is delivered within hospital settings by enabling clinicians to access real-time, integrated patient information at the point of care. This workstream focuses on designing and implementing digital solutions that support the full inpatient journey - from admission to discharge - improving clinical workflows, patient safety, and care coordination.

By unifying fragmented systems into a single, statewide platform, SDPR empowers clinicians with a holistic view of each patient’s history, treatment, and outcomes, reducing duplication and enhancing decision-making.

Medication, Oncology & Research Workstream
The Medication, Oncology & Research Workstreams are critical pillars of the SDPR program, focused on integrating complex clinical data into a single, secure and accessible patient record. These workstreams enhance visibility of medication management, streamline oncology treatment pathways, and enable richer data capture to support research and innovation.

By connecting electronic medical records, pathology, and clinical systems, SDPR ensures clinicians have accurate, up-to-date information to make informed decisions and deliver safer, more personalised care.

As a Senior Digital Health Analyst within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority, you will collaborate closely with clinicians, operational leaders and technical specialists to design and implement digital solutions (including Epic modules) that improve visibility, continuity of care and service efficiency across outpatient and community settings statewide.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of outpatient, ambulatory and community care across NSW by contributing to the SDPR program. You will work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives using platforms such as Epic, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to design, test and optimise solutions that enhance both patient outcomes and clinician experience.
