About the Opportunity
As Clinical Analyst of our Cross Stream Business Unit at SDPR, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through providing expert clinical input to design, implement, and optimise medical imaging workflows within digital health projects, ensuring solutions are safe, efficient, and aligned with best clinical practice. The role bridges the gap between clinical teams and ICT project delivery to enhance patient safety, workflow integration, and system adoption.
This fast-paced role works across multidisciplinary teams to streamline workflows, support system integration, and deliver sustainable clinical change. By combining your clinical expertise with digital innovation, you’ll help shape the future of how imaging services are delivered and experienced statewide.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with SDPRIA workstreams to map and optimise current and future state workflows, ensuring safe and efficient clinical practices.
- Provide expert clinical insight throughout all stages of system implementation — from design and build to testing, training, and go-live support.
- Act as the key liaison between clinical users and project teams, translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Drive change adoption using the Program Change Management framework to embed sustainable workflows and realise project benefits.
- Contribute to the development of training resources and ensure alignment with clinical safety standards and operational readiness.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Tertiary qualification in health with extensive clinical experience
- Skilled in implementing clinical ICT projects, bringing hands-on experience across all lifecycle stages.
- Confident communicator, able to simplify complex technical concepts for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Collaborative and solutions-focused, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced project environments.
- Passionate about improving patient safety and clinician experience through digital transformation and workflow redesign.
You will succeed in this role if you:
- Enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
- Are motivated by tight deadlines and problem solving on the go.
- Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and outcome focused.
- Thrive when collaborating with others to deliver results in a fast moving space.
