About the Opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will oversee the evaluation of the SDPRIA Pharmacy Inventory and Stock Management Program team’s objectives including:
- Manage workflows between SDPR Epic Willow, existing eMR systems and Pharmacy Applications
- Conduct testing and validation of interface designs to ensure they are fit for purpose with SDPR whilst maintaining existing BAU workflows against existing eMR systems. This includes validation and development of scripts, end-user documentation, issue investigation and resolution
- Participation in state governance committees
- Coordinating activities with Application and Integration teams between SDPRIA and eHealth NSW, in addition to SMEs across NSW Health Local Health Districts and Specialty Health Networks
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most significant health technology programs in NSW. You’ll provide guidance, advice, and support related to business process mapping, analysis and documentation by liaising with eHealth and broader business partners.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience in business analysis, especially with eMR and Pharmacy application systems
- Has extensive experience in mapping and optimising IT business processes in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Can elicit clear business requirements and work with technical and non-technical teams to translate these into work items.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and modelling tools such as Visio (or equivalent)
