Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is currently seeking a proactive and adaptable Administration Support Officer to join our Mental Health Services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is passionate about supporting quality mental health care through efficient administration.
Working under broad supervision, the successful candidate will contribute to the effective functioning of the service by delivering high-level administrative and customer service support. You will be part of a committed team that values professionalism, empathy, and collaboration.

About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within healthcare or community services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using client or health information systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging or sensitive situations.
- A positive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
