About the role

These are casual roles for experienced and skilled Registered Nurses. Based at Greenwich Hospital and moving to Macquarie Hospital in North Ryde in approximately March or April this year, you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the best nursing care and advice to patients with palliative care needs.

About you

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a hospital setting is essential

• Experience working in the specialty area of Older Persons Mental Health in an inpatient setting or community is desirable

• Evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking, and analysis in your daily practice as a registered nurse

• Able to work within a multidisciplinary team

• Effective written and oral communication skills

• Commitment to ongoing professional development

• Computer literacy with email and an electronic patient record system

• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment
