About the role

  • Drive Meaningful Financial Insights: Deliver analysis and reporting on trust accounts to support transparency, accuracy, and strategic funding decisions across SVHNS and TSVH.
  • Work with Major Finance Systems: Support the Oracle financial structure while managing contracts, income, and lease agreements to keep critical operations running smoothly.
  • Connect Finance with the Front Line: Collaborate with Trust Accountants, Senior Finance Business Partners, and operational leaders to ensure financial processes support real hospital outcomes.
  • Support Budgets & Compliance: Contribute to the development of trust account budgets and help deliver financial and operational objectives across the network.
  • Join a Purpose-Driven Team: Be part of a collaborative finance environment working closely with HealthShare and other services to ensure timely payments and strong financial performance.

About you

  • Holds a degree in accounting, business, commerce, or a related field, with membership in a professional accounting body (or equivalent experience)
  • Experienced in Complex Finance Environments: Brings proven background in financial analysis and/or accounts payable within large, multifaceted organisations.
  • Strong Communicator " Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proactive and Solutions-Focused: Shows sound judgement, works independently, and takes initiative to solve problems and enhance processes.
  • Technically Skilled & Detail-Driven: Experienced in large financial systems—Oracle experience highly regarded—with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
