Remuneration: $69.14 - $71.01 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38

What you'll be doing
As Senior Pharmacist – Clinical Lead, you will take the lead in advancing clinical pharmacy practice and driving high standards of patient-centred care. You will supervise professional development, deliver clinical oversight and contribute to research initiatives that benefit our patients and the profession.
Lead and oversee delivery of clinical pharmacy services
Allocate duties and support staff pharmacists in consultation with Pharmacy Coordinators
Coordinate training, placement supervision and development activities for pharmacists and students
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to SHPA standards and policies
Initiate, collaborate in and contribute to clinical research

Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g. Bachelor of Pharmacy. Must satisfy Grade 3 classification as per Health Employees Pharmacists (State) Award
Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated excellent communication skills both written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated extensive experience in clinical pharmacy practice
Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice
Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to effect practice change
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in staff supervision and training.
Willing to work on weekends, on-call as per departmental rosters
