What you'll be doing
As the Senior Administration Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Operations Manager and Clinical Director of PCYMHS. You’ll manage a broad range of administrative functions to ensure smooth operations across multiple service hubs.
Provide high-level executive and secretarial support, including diary management and meeting coordination
Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
Coordinate office operations including WHS, fleet management, and building maintenance
Support HR and payroll processes including recruitment and HealthRoster management
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Demonstrated experience in providing a high calibre of administrative support to senior staff and multiple teams.
Demonstrated capacity to organise a high-level workload with competing priorities in a professional manner with a genuine commitment to customer service and proven ability to liaise with medical and non-medical personnel at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems whilst working in a high-pressured role with competing demands and meeting deadlines.
Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to confidentially and sensitively handle controversial and emotive issues.
Experience in servicing various committees, including preparation of agendas, business papers and recordings of meetings and experience in the preparation of correspondence and reports, including quality assurance, writing of briefs and assisting with all aspects of recruitment.
Competency using information and communication technology, software/ programs for tasks including word-processing, emailing, internet searching, data entry and presentations and ability to readily learn new systems and programs
Valid NSW Drivers Licence
