What you'll be doing
As an Administration Officer in Nuclear Medicine, you’ll provide essential clerical and customer service support to ensure smooth operations and positive patient experiences. You’ll work closely with clinical staff and patients to manage enquiries, records, and administrative workflows. Key responsibilities will be to:
Act as the first point of contact for patients and staff
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
Support safe and timely delivery of clinical information
Coordinate messages, meetings, and clerical relief as needed
Build strong working relationships across the department

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated clerical experience in a customer service role, particularly Health
Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
Competent computer skills in a windows based environment and knowledge of multiple health data base systems
Demonstrated ability work independently or in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated ability to adapt to work practices to meet service requirement needs
