Remuneration: $33.97 - $34.46 per hour

What you'll be doing
Be a valued part of our Imaging Department at Medical Imaging Westmead Hospital, providing exceptional administration support and customer service that helps deliver safe and seamless patient care.
Greet and assist patients and staff daily
Manage calls, mail, diaries and enquiries
Support clinics and coordinate records
Deliver timely, accurate reports and info
Work in a supportive, collaborative team

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role as a front-line staff member for a large, complex organisation working with persons from diverse and multicultural backgrounds.
Highly skilled in the use of computers and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft office programs with the ability to learn new software packages with ease.
Capability to multitask in a busy reception area and high-level of prioritising skills with the ability to forward plan.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required)
Demonstrated attitude of an openness to learn, grow and change
