Remuneration: $37.48 - $52.62 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse – Instrument & Circulating, you’ll play a key role in delivering individualised, safe and high‑quality patient care within the operating theatre environment. You will work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists and perioperative staff to ensure smooth surgical workflows and excellent clinical outcomes.
Provide person‑centred perioperative care that supports patients and their families
Identify clinical needs and make appropriate referrals to support safe discharge
Supervise, mentor and support junior nurses and students on clinical placement
Respond to changing patient conditions and safely delegate care within scope
Utilise resources responsibly while maintaining professional, ethical and culturally respectful practice

Essential Requirements
Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent experience with the scrubs/scout role in an operating suite
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centered care
Demonstrated effective communication skills- written and verbal
Demonstrated commitment to professional development
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team
