Remuneration: $37.48- $52.62 per hour

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in the Endoscopy Unit, you will provide safe, high quality and individualised care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Deliver efficient, person-centred endoscopy care
• Monitor patient condition and respond to clinical changes
• Advocate for patients and involve carers in care planning
• Supervise, mentor and support students and staff as required
• Maintain clear, accurate and professional clinical documentation

Essential Criteria
Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
Significant post graduate experience in an acute hospital. Recent experience in Endoscopy or Perioperative Services (Scrub, Scout, Anaesthetics, PACU & DPU) nursing preferable.
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
Demonstrated effective communication skills- written and verbal
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team
Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues
Experience with Provation or SurgiNet IT applications preferable
