Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care in a high-pressure environment.
Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with AHPRA standards and NSW Health policies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold legal and ethical standards
Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and staff

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated ability to create positive relationships with patients, carers and loved ones to achieve patient empowerment, information sharing and confidence in nursing staff.
Demonstrated extensive and recent emergency nursing skills and experience
Proven ability to work independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively and respectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Proven commitment to continuing professional development.
Demonstrate critical thinking abilities, prioritisation and communication skills, whilst effectively following directions.
