What you'll be doing 
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care in a high-pressure environment.

• Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with AHPRA standards and NSW Health policies

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold legal and ethical standards

Essential Criteria:

• Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated ability to create positive relationships with patients, carers and loved ones to achieve patient empowerment, information sharing and confidence in nursing staff.

• Demonstrated extensive and recent emergency nursing skills and experience

• Proven ability to work independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively and respectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Proven commitment to continuing professional development.

• Demonstrate critical thinking abilities, prioritisation and communication skills, whilst effectively following directions.
