Remuneration:  $33.77 - $36.70 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing 
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality, individualised nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

·       Deliver and support assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care

·       Provide evidence-based nursing care aligned with professional standards

·       Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

·       Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

·       Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality care

Essential Criteria:

·       Registration: Current and valid registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia 

Selection Criteria: 

1.     Current Authority to Practice as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

2.     Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values

3.     Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team

4.     Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems

5.     Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues

6.     Capacity to work seven (7) day rotating roster including public holidays.

7.     Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
