Aboriginal Health Collaborative Program Lead

1. Tertiary qualifications in a health related field and/or equivalent experience working in health management.
2. Demonstrated experience at a senior level in leadership and management in a health related setting.
3. Knowledge of Aboriginal Health policy and issues at state and national level with a demonstrated high level experience in developing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health based policies and programs.
4. Proven ability in gaining and maintaining the collaboration and respect of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and of non-Aboriginal staff and stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills including facilitation and report writing skills.
6. Ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation and overcome obstacles to improve Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health service delivery
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills including sound oral and written communication skills and attention to details. Must have experience preparing documentation for senior executives, such as briefs, reports and other high level documents.
8. Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate toward mutually beneficial outcomes across numerous organisations
