Remuneration: $76,125.92 - $77,852.51 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
We are looking for customer service focused individuals that are able to provide high-quality customer service while managing admissions and revenue processes across a 7-day rotating roster (shift hours between 7:00am–11:30pm). This role is ideal for organised, independent workers with a strong focus on detail and communication. Key responsibilities will include:
- Maximising patient revenue by accurately classifying admissions and promoting private health insurance.
- Providing support, training, and guidance to staff across multiple facilities.
- Handling complex financial classifications, paperwork, and patient enquiries.
- Maintaining compliance with NSW Health and WSLHD policies.
- Using key systems (iPM, Revenue Portal, THELMA, PBRC) to ensure data accuracy and reporting.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment with relationship and marketing skills
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills and capacity to provide and develop sound solutions to complex issues
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being a member of a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of NSW Health information systems for billing and patient administration
- Preparedness to work within a 7 day roster system, supporting morning and afternoon shifts
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and implement new systems and processes by providing training and support
- Ability to interpret NSW Health Policy and ensure adherence to this Policy
