You are an ICU Registered Nurse who is motivated by delivering high‑quality care within a collaborative ICU setting, and you want to make a genuine difference every single shift.In this role, you will be empowered to practice at the top of your scope while delivering compassionate, evidence‑based critical care. As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate complex nursing care in partnership with a multidisciplinary team
Deliver care that is evidence‑based, culturally safe, and centred on patients and their families
Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with patients, families, carers, and colleagues
Take accountability for your clinical practice, engaging in reflection, learning, and ongoing professional development
Support, mentor, and develop others, contributing to a positive learning environment and a culture of excellence

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Please detail your recent ICU, Critical Care or other appropriate experience as a Registered Nurse in a Hospital setting, relevant to the position being advertised.
3. Please provide an example of how you have collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to achieve a positive patient outcome.
4. Describe the of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
