Adminisration Officer Level 3 : $35.84 - $36.96

Adminisration Officer Level 5 : $39.92 - $40.83
- Medical Records Adminitration Officer : $37.07 - $47.95
In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Flexible Working (subject to approval)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in clinical coding standards (ICD-10-AM/ACHI).
- Review and code patient medical records, meet coding targets and deadlines while maintainining data quality and compliance.
- Flexible work arrangements (onsite/remote) depending on service needs.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Completion of a recognised ICD-10-AM coding course or relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Health Information Management (with a clinical coding component).
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Patient Administration Systems, electronic medical record systems and coding software.
- Demonstrated detailed understanding of DRG assignment and the relationship between Clinical Coding and Activity Based Funding.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Demonstrated understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
