- Play a key role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality outpatient services within a busy and dynamic hospital environment.
- Contribute to patient-centred care by ensuring accurate appointment scheduling, data entry, and administrative coordination.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support efficient clinic operations and patient flow.
- Develop and apply strong organisational and communication skills in a high volume service environment.
- Be part of a supportive team focused on continuous improvement, service excellence, and positive patient experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or outpatient setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and patient engagement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven capability in using computer systems (e.g. patient administration systems, Microsoft Office) with accuracy and efficiency.
