Achieve Something Great
Join a dynamic and fast-paced Executive Support Unit where your work will directly contribute to effective communication between the District, Ministry and key stakeholders.
In this role, you will prepare and coordinate high-quality ministerial briefings, parliamentary correspondence and executive communications, ensuring information is accurate, timely, concise and responsive to complex and sometimes contentious issues. You will work closely with District Executive and Ministry representatives, supporting the delivery of critical correspondence and helping to ensure important deadlines are consistently achieved.
Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate will have strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to critically review and edit complex correspondence while maintaining appropriate tone, accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be organised and proactive in managing competing priorities, monitoring correspondence workflows, maintaining records and databases, conducting audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A commitment to high-quality customer service, sound judgement and the ability to provide specialist advice to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.
