Administrative Officer (Level 3) - Ultrasound and Fetal Medicine
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrates strong administrative and organisation skills and ability to maintain a continuous high standard of confidentiality with regards to all patient information.
- Comprehension of the need for accuracy in all documentation related to clinic billing, patient bookings and registration including experience with medical billing processes and electronic systems.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, which include the ability to negotiate satisfactory resolutions of complaints or billing concerns.
- Ability to work within a small team with minimal supervision to prioritise, schedule and complete tasks related to workload within specified timeframes where a variety of tasks need completing and where the work environment can change rapidly
- Experience with word processing packages an knowledge of medical terminology with a high level of computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Experience in a general administration or secretarial role in a health facility or related field.
