What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse – Instrument/Circulating, you will provide safe, efficient and person‑centred perioperative nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes within a multidisciplinary team.
Deliver high‑quality instrument and circulating care in line with standards and scope of practice
Respond to changing patient conditions and prioritise care in a fast‑paced environment
Communicate effectively with patients, families and the clinical team to advocate for patient needs
Supervise, support and mentor students and staff as required
Manage resources responsibly while maintaining professional, ethical and cultural standards

Essential Requirements
Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent experience with the scrubs/scout role in an operating suite
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centered care
Demonstrated effective communication skills- written and verbal
Demonstrated commitment to professional development
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team
