Remuneration: $37.48 - $52.62 per hour
Hours Per Week: Up to 38 (Job Share considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional person‑centred care while managing competing clinical priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care aligned with professional standards
Assess, plan and respond to changing patient needs effectively
Coordinate care, referrals and discharge planning with the care team
Supervise, mentor and support ENs, AINs and students as required
Advocate for patients and families while managing resources responsibly

Essential Requirements
Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent nursing experience relevant to the position and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice
Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means,; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
