About the Role

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. The primary purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Institute of Academic Surgery executive team in an efficient, professional and timely manner. This will involve diary management, coordination and distribution of meeting papers, drafting correspondence and other general administrative duties.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong administrative and organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Available Monday to Friday.
