Russian Bilingual Mental Health Clinician, Team 5 Community - Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service

Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work and eligible for membership with AASW. Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology (with a minimum four-year degree with a major in Psychology and registration with the Psychologists Board of Australia) and registered with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated core competency skills in mental health assessment, intervention and education of CALD consumers with high level understanding and experience in cross-cultural mental health.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication in Russian, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to proactively engage with consumers to enhance service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in working as part of a multidisciplinary team and to exercise independent professional judgement on routine matters, commensurate with years of experience.
- Computer skills and the capacity to use health information systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence based practice and a commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering recovery oriented practices, consumer and carer participation and consultation.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
