An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network for a permanent, full-time Administration Officer Level 5 to join the Surgery and Anaesthetics Clinical Stream as Administrative Assistant to the Clinical Stream Director.
What you'll be doing
- Demonstrated success in delivering high level support services to Executive staff.
- Demonstrated exceptional office management and organizational skills and customer service.
- Highly developed communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to interact with people at all levels both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and use sound judgment and work collaboratively and as part of a team as well as independently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a workload, prioritise tasks and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem solving ability.
- Proficient use of equipment and software to the level described in the position description.
