A vacancy exists for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide crucial administrative support in a rewarding environment. This position forms part of the Haematology Private Consulting Rooms located within Liverpool Hospital. The successful candidate will require a range of knowledge, experience and skills as outlined in the selection criteria below.

What you'll be doing

- Demonstrated medical reception experience including HICAPS Medicare online billing.
- A demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a high-volume work environment under general instruction requiring minimal supervision.
- Suitable communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively as part of a team and to liaise confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
- Competent skills in computer use and relevant software programs eg Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience in providing administrative support within a healthcare or similar setting.
