The Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) Director and Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery are seeking a dynamic, efficient and experienced administrative officer to perform the role of Executive Assistant.

Remuneration: $1,539.73 - $1,576.13 per week

Where you'll be working
This role is based in the Executive Unit and is required to provide support to the Director and Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery located in Nursing and Midwifery Operations.

What you'll be doing

The Executive Assistant to the Director and Deputy Director Nursing and Midwifery will provide and lead high level administrative services to support service delivery.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  2. Previous experience in a high-level administrative / secretarial role.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  4. Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  6. Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
  7. Demonstrated flexibility with work duties and location.
