Administration Team Leader

- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise and engage with internal and external stakeholders including consumers, patients, the public, staff NSW Health and other government agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level senior executive support, ability to use information technology and systems such as eMR, HP Records management (TRIM), Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, interpersonal skills and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Well-developed customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff, through leadership and team building skills.
- Demonstrated skills with advanced knowledge in relation to pay enquiries for relevant staff, staff leave management, rostering of administration staff to meet the needs of the department.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and an understanding of report generation and billing.
- Capacity to work under minimal supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
