We’re seeking a motivated and detail orientated Administration Officer to support the Education and Training Service (ETS) within NBMLHD. This role involves implementing and monitoring administrative processes that underpin the delivery of education across a large and diverse organisation. You’ll provide high-level support to the ETS Manager and team, manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate the annual education calendar, and maintain digital platforms including the ETS intranet and internet pages. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with experience in document preparation and reception duties. You’ll also assist in reviewing policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated performance in a similar role or position
