Clinical Nurse Specialist (Grade 2) - Alcohol & Other Drug Services - Hastings Macleay Clinical Network

1. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with relevant post -registration qualifications and at least 3 years experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification
2. Demonstrated experience and ability in assessment and management of substance use disorders and withdrawal states
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, and as part of a multidisciplinary team
4. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development
5. Demonstrated ability in leading and initiating activities to improve service delivery and patient clinical outcomes
6. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
7. Current NSW driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purpose
