About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic WHS Prevention and Education Lead to analyse organisational risk, identify skill gaps, and design training strategies that strengthen our people’s safety and wellbeing across HNE Health.
In this role, you’ll:
- Analyse workforce data to identify emerging risks, training needs and skill gaps
- Develop, monitor and evaluate WHS and wellbeing education programs
- Liaise and partner with leaders across multiple sites to support workforce safety initiatives
- Coordinate and oversee training programs in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
- Use your strong communication and influencing skills to advocate for projects, overcome barriers, and drive improvement
About You
What you’ll bring to the role:
- You’re data-driven with strong analytical skills – confident interpreting trends and workforce metrics
- You have a clinical or WHS background and understand WHS training needs in a healthcare setting
- You enjoy using insights to identify skill gaps and guide training priorities
- You’re a clear and confident communicator – able to liaise effectively with leaders, and frontline teams
- You build strong relationships and can influence and advocate for initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Your solutions-focused, resilient, and skilled at overcoming barriers to achieve project outcomes
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about improving safety, wellbeing, and workforce capability
