About the Role

As Health Service Manager, you will lead both the clinical and operational delivery of services across Wee Waa Hospital.

You will:

  • Provide visible, supportive leadership during a time of growth and change

     

  • Lead workforce planning, service performance and patient safety outcomes

  • Foster a strong, inclusive and positive workplace culture

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across the network

  • Engage meaningfully with community representatives and partners

  • Participate in clinical shifts as part of maintaining safe and sustainable service delivery

  • Apply systems thinking to support service improvement and future planning

  • Lead confidently in high-pressure and rapidly changing environments


About You

We are seeking a confident and experienced nursing leader who can demonstrate:

  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  • Postgraduate qualifications in leadership/management.

  • Proven experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving service outcomes.

  • Strong communication, resilience, and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.

  • Commitment to cultural respect, collaboration, and excellence in care.
