Remuneration: Salary relative to experience and ranges from $114,251.00 to $134,809.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Location: St. Leonards or Charlestown – flexible hybrid working, with regular scheduled time in the office each week. This role requires regular travel to other NSW Health locations

About the opportunity
Join a major NSW Health transformation program and help shape how patient billing is delivered across the state. We’re looking for a Training Consultant to design, develop and deliver high‑quality learning experiences that support staff through change and ensure consistent, confident adoption of new systems and processes.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver engaging training to staff across multiple Local Health Districts.
  • Create innovative face to face, virtual training and demonstration sessions.
  • Tailor training materials to program needs and audience requirements.
  • Evaluate and refine learning content to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
  • Work closely with program teams and stakeholders to understand changes and their impact.
  • Contribute to program meetings and help maintain alignment across teams.
