About the Opportunity

The NSW Government has committed to increase the number of apprenticeships and Traineeships across the NSW public sector. In line with this, NSW Health Pathology are offering an excellent opportunity to gain on the job experience and a nationally recognised qualification. 

The Traineeship will provide on the job training and support attendance at TAFE working towards gaining a Certificate III in Pathology Collections or Laboratory Skills. It is anticipated that the Traineeship will commence in early February 2025.

  •  Concord Hospital

  • Blacktown & Mount Druitt Hospital
  • Forensic & Analytical Science Service (FASS), Lidcombe
  • Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Camperdown
  • Ryde Hospital

What you'll be doing
Perform a range of laboratory support and/or specimen reception services and/or collection services, and provide assistance to laboratory staff, under supervision, to deliver a patient focused service.
