About the Opportunity

The NSW Government has committed to increase the number of apprenticeships and Traineeships across the NSW public sector. In line with this, NSW Health Pathology are offering an excellent opportunity to gain on the job experience and a nationally recognised qualification. 

The Traineeship will provide on the job training and support attendance at TAFE working towards gaining a Certificate III in Health Administration. It is anticipated that the Traineeship will commence in early February 2025.

Opportunities are available within Pathology in our Administration Department at the following hospitals;

  • Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick
  • Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Camperdown
  • Westmead Hospital

What you'll be doing
Perform a range of administrative tasks within the Pathology Laboratory, including front desk reception and providing assistance to laboratory staff, under supervision, to deliver a patient focused service.
